Monthly Performance Programs

We offer three distinct exercise programs designed around structured 4-week training cycles. Each program follows a progressive overload model strategically increasing intensity, volume, or complexity each week to ensure consistent strength gains and measurable results.
 

Rather than random workouts, our programming is intentional and periodized. Over the course of four weeks, you’ll build a foundation, increase capacity, and challenge your limits all while tracking progress in a clear, repeatable system.

All of our programs are delivered through an easy-to-use training app. Inside the app, you’ll have:

  • Video demonstrations for every exercise

  • Clear instructions and programmed sets and reps

  • A built-in system to track the weights you use each session

  • The ability to monitor your progress over time
     

At the end of each 4-week block, you’ll move into a new phase designed to continue advancing your strength, performance, and resilience.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How are subscription-based plans billed? 

Our subscription-based plans are billed monthly at a rate of $30 per month. Your plan renews automatically each month, and you can cancel at any time before your next billing date.

How do I access the training app?

Upon registration, you will receive an invitation link via email to download Everfit, a mobile training app on iOS or Android. Log in with your membership credentials to view your programmed workouts and video library immediately.

Can I change my performance program phase?

Yes. Every 4 weeks, we update our programs with a new phase. At the start of a cycle, you can choose to stick with your current performance track or switch between Strength, Golf, or Run programming through the app.

What Equipment do I need? 

Our programs are designed to be simple and accessible. You’ll only need common equipment found in most home or commercial gyms, such as dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands. No complicated machines or specialty tools required, just versatile equipment that allows you to train effectively anywhere.

How do I cancel? 

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account in the app. Once you cancel, your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.
